During this course, you will learn what aqua fitness is, how it is done and the benefits it can cause. Aqua fitness is ideal for the elderly, injured or light exercisers, as it is a slow and relaxing exercise that, because of the water, takes the pressure off your body. This course will assist you in becoming an aqua fitness instructor, but can also be take if you just wish to learn a new style of exercise.
