This course is a continuation of our Counselling Skills I course and is designed for you to expand your micro-skills in counselling and be able to enhance your counselling quality. You will learn skills on counselling for conditions such as: depression and grief and be able to implement them in circumstances such as: over the phone and on the internet. This course is ideal for those wishing to get into counselling, psychology or health care professional roles.
