Course Overview
Health and fitness go together better than you may realise. Understanding the way they interact will help you to better understand your own health and fitness, as well as the ones around you. This course will teach you the effects fitness can have on your health and the treatment and care available to help your health. Skills learnt throughout this course can be implemented in a range of different fields including: medicine, sport, recreation, tourism, education as well as health and fitness. Whether you wish to study health and fitness for personal or professional reasons, this course will teach you what you need to know.
