Course Overview
This course accompanies our Human Nutrition I course and aims to expand on the topics learnt throughout that course. You will learn about how cooking effect’s food, vitamins and minerals and how to design a balanced diet. This course can be done, without having done the Human Nutrition I course, however, to get the most out of these courses for your own benefit and knowledge they all have relevant information on the subject, that will help you to pursue in human nutrition. Whether you wish to study this course for personal or professional reasons, this course will teach you what you need to know.
